Information you provide

Enquiry forms collect your name, email, company if supplied, message, optional project details and consent. We use these to respond, prepare a quotation and arrange requested follow-up. A form submission does not subscribe you to marketing.

Plan finder and cost comparison

The initial plan finder and cost comparison run in your browser without collecting contact details. They do not transmit entered costs or staff counts to analytics. If you choose to include a result in an enquiry or chat message, it is shared through that chosen channel.

Forms and providers

Website enquiries are sent to the existing website enquiry endpoint. If it does not confirm acceptance, the site can use FormSubmit to deliver the enquiry to our mailbox. Email links open your chosen email service. Service providers process that information under their own terms.

Sales chat

The website chat asks for your email address and phone number before a conversation starts. An automated sales assistant answers using published product information, and your details and messages are sent to our sales team so a person can reply or follow up, using messaging service providers that process the information under their own terms. A chat session identifier and recent messages are kept in your browser storage so the conversation continues across pages; choosing “New chat” clears them. If you consent to analytics, we record chat opening and preset topic choices without sending your chat text or contact details in those events.

Cookies and browser storage

Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics. Your consent choice is kept in browser storage with a timestamp for up to 180 days. You can change it using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. This website does not persist enquiry drafts in your browser. Accepted enquiries may be stored in the website’s protected server inbox and delivered to our business mailbox. Withdrawing consent stops future website analytics; previously transmitted data and provider retention remain subject to provider policies.

Retention and overseas processing

Enquiry records are retained as needed for the sales or support conversation, active contracts and legal obligations. Provider storage and retention may differ, and providers may process information outside Singapore. Contact us for the applicable provider, hosting and retention details for your service.
