IT consultancy · Singapore

IT consultancy and infrastructure for Singapore businesses.

Discuss a defined cloud migration, architecture, cost review or network project. Consultancy can be scoped independently of a phone-system purchase.

Project scope

Agree deliverables before buying licences.

Cloud consultancy

Scope migration options, architecture, dependencies and cost optimisation. Agree the current-state review, proposed design and implementation responsibilities in the quotation.

Network & infrastructure

Assess network design, Wi-Fi, hardware requirements and voice readiness. Agree the equipment list and installation scope before procurement.

Unified communications

Scope extensions, routing, supported devices, integration requirements, administrator training and handover. Work alongside your existing IT provider where agreed.

Working together

From a requirement to a written scope.

Discovery

Explain the problem, affected sites and users, current stack, constraints and desired outcome.

Proposal

Confirm deliverables, exclusions, fees, dependencies, schedule and acceptance criteria in a written proposal.

Implementation & handover

Agree who changes each system, how changes are tested, documentation and the ongoing support arrangement.

Business phone consultancy: Linkus

Discuss your Singapore office requirements, carrier, devices and support needs before choosing a platform.

Typical projects we scope for Singapore SMEs

  • Office move or renovation. Plan cabling, Wi-Fi coverage, switches and phones before the contractor closes the ceiling, so you are not adding cables afterwards.
  • Replacing an ageing PABX. Move to a cloud phone system, keep numbers where eligible, and decide which desk phones can be reused.
  • Moving files and email to the cloud. Map who uses which shared folders, permissions and devices, and agree a cutover weekend.
  • Cost review. List current subscriptions, telco contracts and support agreements, and identify overlaps or unused licences.
  • Second site or branch. Connect a new office to the same phone system and agree how staff share files and printers.

What you receive

  • A short current-state summary in plain language.
  • A proposed design with options where there is a real choice.
  • An itemised quotation: licences, hardware, setup work and ongoing support listed separately.
  • A test and acceptance checklist for go-live.
  • Handover notes for your administrator or existing IT provider.

How to prepare for the first discussion

  1. Number of staff and sites, and where people work (office, home, on the road).
  2. The systems you use daily: email, files, accounting, CRM, phone system.
  3. Your current internet service and any contract end dates.
  4. What is not working today, and what "done" would look like.
  5. Your preferred timing and any fixed deadlines, such as a lease ending.

Please do not send passwords or confidential files through the website. We arrange a secure method if access is needed.

Working with your existing IT provider

Many SMEs already have someone who looks after laptops and email. We can work alongside them on a defined scope, for example the phone system and network, and agree who changes what. This avoids gaps and duplicate charges.

Fees

Consultancy and setup work is quoted case by case after scoping. Published LinkusPBX plan prices start at SGD 39 per month for CP10 on an annual commitment; see prices and packages.

How we keep projects on track

Each project has a named contact on our side and yours, a short written scope, and an agreed list of what "finished" means. Changes to scope are written down before work starts, so there are no surprise invoices. For anything that affects daily work, such as a network change or phone cutover, we agree a time window and a fallback, usually outside your busiest hours. After handover, you receive the admin details and documentation, so you are never locked in to us for routine changes.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to buy a phone system to use your IT consultancy?

No. Consultancy can be scoped on its own, for example a network or cloud migration project.

Can you work with our current IT support company?

Yes. We agree a clear split of responsibilities in writing so each party knows what it manages.

How are consultancy fees set?

They are quoted case by case after a scoping discussion, with deliverables and exclusions listed in the proposal.

Find a phone-system plan

Three short questions. No contact details needed to see a recommendation.

External telco capacity is sized separately. We confirm exact capacity usage during scoping.
